Hi, I’m Kent Eimers — Marketing Coach, Educator, and Founder of my online Academy and the Small Business Triumph framework.

I help impact-focused and faith-driven entrepreneurs and small business owners clarify their message, attract ideal clients, and build sustainable marketing, sales, and service systems that honor their values and drive real growth.

My Story

After more than 25 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner, and the last 6+ years a client consultant, account director, and team leader at a brand marketing agency in San Luis Obispo, California, I’ve had the privilege of helping develop and implement branding and marketing for numerous clients — from startups and local small businesses to national and international companies, nonprofits, and ministries.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right marketing strategies can be when they’re authentic, ethical, and focused on serving others well. At the same time, I’ve watched too many talented business owners struggle with inconsistent leads, overwhelming options, and the pressure of wearing every hat in their company. That’s why I decided to step into this next chapter.

While still active with the agency, I’m now devoting most of my energy to supporting local businesses by creating accessible online training and providing coaching, small group masterminds, and resources specifically designed for small business owners like you. My goal is simple: to empower you with practical, low-cost marketing tools and strategies so you can grow with confidence and steward your business well.

Why I Do This Work

I’m passionate about helping business owners who are the heart and face of their companies — especially those rooted in faith and community. Whether you run a local service business on the Central Coast or are building something with national reach, I believe your marketing should reflect your integrity, purpose, and desire to make a positive difference.

I created the Small Business Triumph framework because I’ve lived the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I know what it’s like to navigate uncertainty in business and in life, and I’m committed to equipping others to not only survive but thrive — building resilient businesses that honor God, serve their customers exceptionally well, and deliver on the core objectives that made the owners go into business to begin with.
