Hi, I’m Kent Eimers — Marketing Coach, Educator, and Founder of Kent Eimers Academy and the Small Business Triumph framework.

I help impact-focused and faith-driven entrepreneurs, small business owners, and ministries clarify their message, attract ideal prospects, and build sustainable marketing, sales, and service systems that honor their values and drive real growth. I also equip clients with practical AI skills so they can work more efficiently and remain competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace.

My Story

After more than 25 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner, and the last 6+ years as a client consultant, account director, and team leader at a brand marketing agency in San Luis Obispo, California, I’ve had the privilege of helping develop and implement branding and marketing for numerous clients — from startups and local small businesses to national and international companies and nonprofits.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right marketing strategies can be when they’re authentic, ethical, and focused on serving others well. At the same time, I’ve watched too many talented business owners struggle with inconsistent leads, overwhelming options, and the pressure of wearing every hat in their company. That’s why I decided to step into this next chapter.

While still active with the agency, I’m now devoting most of my energy to supporting small businesses and ministries by creating accessible online training and providing coaching, small group masterminds, and resources specifically designed for people just like you. My goal is simple: to empower you with practical, low-cost marketing tools and strategies so you can grow with confidence and steward your venture well.

In recent years, I’ve integrated AI deeply into my own research, content creation, and strategic work. I’ve seen how powerful these tools can be when used wisely — and how overwhelming they can feel when approached without guidance. That’s why I now make AI literacy and practical application a natural part of the coaching and training I offer. My goal remains the same: to empower you with strategies and tools that deliver results while fitting your values and real-life constraints.

I created the Small Business Triumph framework because I’ve lived the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I know what it’s like to navigate uncertainty in business and in life, and I’m committed to equipping others to not only survive but thrive — building resilient businesses that honor God, serve their customers exceptionally well, and deliver on the core objectives that made the owners go into business to begin with.
